Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the United Athletics Association (“UAA,” “we,” “us”) website, dashboard and parent portal (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who can use the Service

The Service is for parents and guardians of players registered with a UAA program, and for coaches and staff we have approved. You sign in with a Google account or an email link, and your email address must match the one we have on file. You must be an adult to create an account. Parents and guardians act on behalf of their children.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in secure and do not share access to your account.
• Give us accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

Programs, fees and waivers

Program details, fees, payment schedules, cancellations and waivers are governed by what you accept when you register or pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Nothing in these terms changes an agreement you accepted for a specific program; if the two conflict, the program agreement controls for that program.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access information about players, families or coaches that is not yours.
• Attempt to bypass security, interfere with the Service, or overload it.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Use the Service to harass others or for anything unrelated to UAA programs.

Content you provide

You keep ownership of the photos, videos and information you submit. You give UAA permission to use them to run programs, evaluate players and operate the Service, and for any additional purposes described in a waiver you accepted.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. It is part of these terms.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend or end access to the Service, for example if an account is inactive, information is inaccurate, or these terms are broken. We may change the Service or these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, UAA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and the waiver you accept at registration governs risks of participating in basketball activities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
